What is inside
An apple-shaped ball with a stem and a leaf painted on its shiny red skin. Under the red is a golden layer and a pale one, like the flesh just under the peel.
- Outside: apple red wax, thick
- Layer 2: golden wax, thin
- Innermost: pale yellow wax, medium
- Core: apple white clay
All 3 layers crack together, so every piece you peel off shows the full stack of colors on its broken edge.
It is made in the apple mold, so the shell cracks and peels in that shape.
