What is inside
Lemon-shaped, with a matte peel, a sparkly zest layer and white pith underneath. Served chilled, so the crack is a little sharper.
- Outside: matte lemon peel wax, thick
- Layer 2: glittery zest yellow wax, medium
- Innermost: pith white wax, medium
- Core: lemon clay
All 3 layers crack together, so every piece you peel off shows the full stack of colors on its broken edge.
It is made in the egg mold, so the shell cracks and peels in that shape. It starts chilled, which makes the wax a little more brittle and the crack a little sharper. Use the Room, Chilled and Frozen buttons to change it before you crack.
